In teams of 2 complete 12 rounds for time of:

Run 1 Parking Lot Lap w/ Med Ball, 20#/14#

12 Handstand Push-ups

12 Wall Balls, 20#/14#

12 Toes-to-Bar

12 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24″/20″

You can switch as often as you like but for each movement each person must do 6 total reps per round. They can be broken into 2 sets, 4 sets, 6 sets, or even 12 sets of 1. Just make sure you split the work!
