Memorial Day Murph is Near
It’s called The Murph Challenge these days, but it’s hard not to refer to it as Memorial Day Murph since that’s how it started. We’re just a few weeks away from our annual shot at Murph at CrossFit Evolve. Our Memorial Day hours will be the 9am WOD, 10am WOD, and at 11am we will run Murph as well as Open Gym. Because of these shortened hours and the high number of athletes for Murph, you’ll see the ZP schedule shows Murph with 21 spots at each time slot. These are firm numbers. We’re not able to accommodate more than that due to pull-up space. If you’re planning on showing up and doing Murph, sign up now! The 9am fills up fast. If it’s full, you will have to do the 10 or 11. Did we say the 21 spots are firm? Just making sure!
We don’t require that you sign up through The Murph Challenge website to participate, though you should. You get a sweet T-shirt from Forged and your donation goes to the LT Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation.
