Regina rowing for 2!

How To Approach Barbara

Cindy’s older, angrier big sister makes an appearance today. When you do the math you get a good feel for what this workout is going to be like. We also put a time cap on today to keep the workout moving for everyone. There are a couple of cruxes in the workout, specifically the pull-up and push-up. These can be tough movements, especially when in the process of building upper body strength. Today individual scaling options will be important. We’ll provide several options for each movement and meet with individuals to make this workout right for everyone.

Your job in preparation for Barbara is to take a look at the total volume of each movement and compare that to where you are at. Come in with an idea for each and if you’re going to tackle the movements and reps RX or if we need to cut things down a little bit. There is no wrong answer, but the goal should be to finish the workout and not be time capped. Think about it and we’ll get you all set up!
