In teams of 4 complete 5:00 max reps at each station:

Row (cal)

50′ Sled Push, 180#/135#

Wall Balls, 20#14#

Tire Flips

Burpee Box Jumps, 24″/20″

Rope Climbs

5 minutes at each station, rotate through the team as often as needed. Goal is max reps in the 5 minutes, get fitter, and have fun with friends. Sounds great, right?!
