Brutal Bodyweight Movements!

Pistols. Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups. That’s a couple of tough bodyweight movements. It’s enough to make some people want to stay home and skip their workout today. But not you. Not you because you know that we have plenty of ways to approach the workout for those who don’t have one or both of those movements. Not you because even though you might not like the movements, or maybe don’t have one or both of them, you know that in order to actually get them, or get better at them, you have to do them. And not you because you understand that avoiding weaknesses, and only coming in for workouts with movements that you excel at or like (a.k.a. Cherry Picking) is a sure killer of progress.
