In teams of 3 complete as many rounds as possible in 22:00 of:
300 Double-unders
200 Sit-ups
100 Power Cleans, 135#/95#
50 Front Squats, 135#/95#
Run 400m (as a team)
Each team will have a kettlebell (55#/35#, 45# for mixed teams). KB must be held for the duration of the workout, including the run. Just to be sure, if the KB touches the ground during the WOD, 10 burpees are completed by each team member! Alternate reps as needed!!
