CrossFit Video Contest Winner
For the last few years CrossFit HQ has hosted a video contest where people create a video piece that describes what CrossFit is to them. They’ve been posting several of this year’s entries, including the winner we’ve shared below. It’s cool to see these videos and the stories they tell. Even though everyone who does CrossFit is in many ways similar, we all come from different places and have different reasons for doing what we do. These videos share that. Enjoy!
