Today we have another WOD straight from mainsite. There’s nothing sexy about this workout. It’s just a bunch of work. Here’s what Boz has to say about today’s WOD:

Today we’ll have to have 2 people per rower. For the transition, move quickly so we keep the cycle as close to 5:00 as possible. We know it won’t happen, but make an effort to get on and off quickly. We’ve spent a lot of time over the last few weeks working on rowing skills. This should serve you well for today’s workout.

Today you will have 5 scores – how many meters you rowed for each interval. As Boz said in the video, fight to stay as consistent as possible for each round. Here’s the good news, this probably means no rowing in 17.2. Probably. Maybe.
