A. Complete as many reps as possible in 20:00 of:

2:00 Wall Balls, 20#/14#

2:00 Sit-ups (1 ab mat per team)

2:00 Push Press, 95#/65#

2:00 Double-unders

2:00 Front Rack Lunges, 95#/65#

At 10:00, start again with the wall ball. 


Rest 2:00

B. Each team of 2 will join another, creating teams of 4. As your new Super Team of 4 complete in 12:00:

Switch partners every 1:00.
