More In-House Comp Info!

We’re less than a week out and have a ton of you signed up for Saturday’s In-House Comp! This is sure to be a great time. Here is some more information for you:
Saturday WOD. Workout #1 of the In-House Comp will also be the regular Saturday WOD. If you’re not competing in the comp, you still will have a chance to get your workout in. We’ll brief WOD #1 as part of the Saturday WOD, do a a warm-up,a and get the Saturday folks going. Once they’re done, we’ll start the first heat! Even if you’re not competing, come get in a workout then stick around!
Workouts. They will be announced tomorrow. For those on the fence, you’ll be able to check them out and make a final call if you want to do it. Full disclosure, these workouts were designed to be fun and inclusive of all abilities!
Volunteers and Judges. As in years past, those who compete will also help judge. This is important because we need the help, but it also gives you practice for the Open where we can always use judges. If you aren’t competing but want to lend a hand helping us out, we’d love to have you. The added bonus is you get to cheer on your friends who are throwing down!
Sign-ups. You can still sign up at the white board this week. However, sign-ups end on Thursday at 7pm. This will give us a day to plan heats and get things set up. Sorry, if your name isn’t on the list by Thursday at 7pm you won’t be able to compete this year.
