50 Wall Balls, 20#/14#
75 Box Jump Overs, 24″/20″
100 Burpees
During this workout 1 team member will always be rowing, 1 will always be on the bike. The other team members will be working through the reps of the other movements. You can swap out the rower and the bike whenever you want. However, since it’s about calories, keeping the time on both short is a good strategy.
