Standing On The Podium!
Congratulations to Bae and Tayler, Bill and Charlie, and Hez and Noah for competing at the WODtoberfest on Saturday! At the end of the day, Bailey and Tayler finished 2nd and Bill and Charlie finished 3rd!! It takes a lot of guts to sign up for a competition and put yourself out there like that. To finish on the podium on top of that is awesome. Things have to go pretty well to pull that off: teamwork, good communication, perfect range of motion, and the ability to make each WOD hurt in order to finish well.
So to you guys, well done and way to represent! The vast majority of us do CrossFit to be better at life and that’s perfect, but it’s also really great that some of you are going out there and making this your sport, and crushing it. Lot’s of Evolve folks on the podium lately, well done gang!
