40 Box Jumps, 24″/20″

40 Toes-to-Bar

30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

30 Bar Facing Burpees

20 Cleans, 135#/95#

20 Jerks, 135#/95#

Run 200m (each, relay style)

This is a variation of the CFNE Open Test, modified for Saturday team work. Break up the reps however. For the 200, each partner will run that, one at a time relay style.
