Today’s Oly Work.

Snatch and clean and jerk are on tap for today. The short EMOM for each of them may look innocent, but it won’t take long to get spicy if your percentages are on the mark. Reps of each should not be touch-and-go. Treat them individual lifts. That means take your time and get into a solid staring position. If your set-up is off, the lift is off before you even pick up the bar. Pay attention to the technique. 65% is way below what you should feel is heavy. That means there’s no reason for your technique to be anything but perfect. Spend the time to hit the cues and concentrate on what you’re doing. It will payoff when we re-test your 1RMs in the near future!!
