In teams of 2 and with a running clock complete the following: 

0:00-6:00 complete as many rounds as possible of:

8 Push-ups

8 Ball Slams, 40#/30#

6:00-12:00 complete as many rounds as possible of:

10 Shoulder to Overhead, 135#/95#

10 Box Jumps, 24″/20″

12:00 – 18:00

12 Power Cleans, 135#/95#

12 Wall Balls, 20#/14#

Partners will alternate each full round during the whole workout.
