Bros and Brews!
The girls did it. Now it’s our turn. A week from tonight, on Thursday 7/21, we’re taking over the gym at 7pm. We have a fantastic bro workout for you to participate in. When we’re done we’ll meet our macros with some beer, which is totally a good way to do that. After we’re done we’ll roll down the street to Zwei Brewing (we were going to go to 1933 next door, but they close at 8pm) to hang out for a little bit. Sound good? Yep it’s going to be.
