30 Squats

30 Push-ups

30 Kettlebell Swings, 70#/55#

30 Box Jumps, 24″/20″

30 Push Press, 95#/65#

30 Wall Balls, 20#14#

30 Power Cleans, 95#/65#

Run 200m (with your partner)

Partners break up reps as they want with only one person working at a time. 

Today you will be joined by some of the teens from our summer teen sessions who will be partnered up with their folks. This WOD was written to be approachable by all. We hope the teens enjoy being part of our awesome Saturday WODs, we’re proud of how hard they’ve worked this summer. Way to go guys!!!
