In teams of 3 complete as many rounds as possible in 24:00 of:

50 Wall Balls, 20#/14# while 1 partner performs a deadlift hold, 225#/155#

40 Ball Slams, 40#/30# while 1 partner performs goblet squat hold at bottom, 55#/35#

30 KB Swing, 55#/35# while 1 partner performs slam ball hold overhead, 40#/30#

20 Pull-ups while 1 partner performs a handstand hold

10 Handstand Push-ups while 1 partner performs hang from the bar

1 members will perform the specified hold while the other 2 perform the movement alternating as needed. If the person performing the hold breaks, one of the other team members must take over the hold. Reps are only accumulated when the team member is performing the specified hold. If they stop, the reps stop.
