In teams of 2 complete as many rounds as possible in 20:00 of:

5 Burpees

10 Ball Slams, 40#/30#

15 Box Jumps, 24″/20″

Team members alternate rounds. Every 5:00 both team members will run a 400m together. The AMRAP will end at 20:00 and there will then be a final 400m run.
