In Teams of 3 Complete the following:

A. AMRAP 7:00 of:

200m Run (relay style, one person runs at a time)

B. In 8:00 work up to:

1RM Shoulder to Overhead: Get the bar from shoulder to overhead. No racks, but team members can help get it up. Total is the heaviest bar overhead for each team member.

C. AMRAP 9:00 of:

50 Toes-to-Bar

50 Curtis Ps, 75#/55# (1 Rep = 1 Power Clean + R Lunge + L Lunge + Push Press)

50 Hand Release Push-ups

Break up the reps however.

Rest 2:00 between A, B, and C.
