Stuffing Your Face and Oly Lifting

Two things for you to know this week:

#1 Gourmet Gains will be visiting to talk about what they offer and to let you try some of their food tonight at 7pm. You should totally come!

Do you want to get better at Olympic lifts? Of course you do, we all do.

We are going to be conducting a 6-week Olympic Weightlifting technique course. Held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-8:30 pm, starting April 19th.  There will be a 10-person cap to the course and the cost is $135.

We will spend time discussing the theory of weightlifting, the How and Why of BB specific warm-ups, Grip, Stance, Position, Breathing, and spend over 10 hours practicing Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

This course is open to all levels of lifters; first come, first served.
