4 x :30 holds using wall or bands as support

Why Stand On Our Hands?

This is a skill that many will question the benefit of. It comes down to getting strong in positions. Stronger handstand holds will lead to stronger handstand push-ups, presses, push presses, jerks, thrusters, and anything else overhead. Plus it’s awesome, so there’s that. Recently Coach Glassman was asked what we as CrossFitters need to do more of. Below was his response. He then goes into talking about midline strengthening. Sounds like we need more GHDs!!!
