Week 5!!

This is it, the Open is done after some thrusters and burpees!! Please spend some time looking at the workout standards this week. Whether you’re doing RX or scaled, it’s your responsibility to understand the movement standards you’ll be performing. Spending a few minutes reviewing these before you come into the gym goes a long way!!
