Fridays during the Open, here we go!!

Week 3!!

Power snatches and bar muscle-ups. A standard CF movement coupled with a high skill gymnastics movement never before seen in the Open. The scaled version of 16.3 will replace the bar muscle-up with jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups. We’ll talk with those of you who are unsure whether to approach this workout RX’d or scaled (we’re pretty sure you know what we’re going to tell you to do if you’re on the fence).

Please take a look at the standards linked above and watch the video below before you come in. It’s good to have a good idea of what’s going down before you show up. We’ll see you in there!
