In teams of 3 complete as many rounds as possible in 24:00 of:

5 Burpees

Row 10 cal

15 Kettlebell Swings, 55#/35#

This will be relay style. Person 1 does a round, then Person 2, then Person 3. Once the KBS are completed by the north wall, you have to run back to where your team is waiting by the south wall and give a good ol’ high-five before the next person starts. Sometimes people feel like this format causes too much rest. That feeling can be easily remedied by going ALL OUT on each round. We promise that by minute 15 your won’t feel that way anymore!
