The November Team Challenge has come and gone! A big thanks to all of you who participated. It was pretty cool to see the increase in consistency by those who simply signed up for an in-house challenge. You’ve heard us say that having a date on the calendar for a comp or a reason to focus can really improve your training. This was no different, and we hope you had some fun while you were at it.
