Complete 6 rounds NOT FOR TIME of:

5 Hang Power Cleans

7 Front Squat

3 Push Jerk

These movements need to be done unbroken, you choose the weight. Rest a minimum of 3:00 between each round. If you don’t feel you need that much rest you’re not going heavy enough.
