The group will be divided into even teams. Then complete for time:

Row (meters)

Power Snatch, 75#/55#

Overhead Squat, 75#/55#

Push Press, 75#/55#

Front Squat, 75#/55#

Row (meters)

The number of reps for the barbell work will be # of team members x 30. So if there are 5 members on a team, each movement is a total of 150 reps. For the row, meters will be # of team members x 250.
