Complete as many rounds as possible in 8:00 of:

10 Deadlifts, 95#/65#

10 Hang Power Clean, 95#/65#

10 Push Press, 95#/65#

Complete as many reps as possible in 8:00 of:

Row Cals

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8:00 of:

10 Burpees

20 Plate Ground-to-Overhead, 45#/25#

30 Sit-ups

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8:00 of:

50 Ball Slams, 40#/30#

50 Double-unders

We know what you’re going to do to yourself today, but you’ve got to earn it! There will be a 40 minute running clock with teams starting at various stations. Every 8:00 teams will rotate without the clock stopping. The goal is to keep on moving. Look fun? It will be!
