In teams of 2 complete as many rounds as possible in 20:00 of:
60 Wall Balls, 20#/14#
60 Double-unders (scale = 60 singles)
60 Sit-ups
60 Box Jumps, 24″/20″
60 Shoulder-to-Overhead, 95#/65#
60 Standing Lunges
At the end of the 20:00, stop where you’re at and run 800m as a team.
Partition the reps as needed.

Hey all, tomorrow starts another round of the longest named program ever: “The Bro Sesh with The Sisters on Sundays”. This is 4 weeks of high level programming held on Sundays from 8:30-10:30 (but closer to 11:00 usually). The session typically includes oly work, a conditioning workout, gymnastics skills, then a cool down with a coach-led talk on how to get the most out of your training (competition prep, nutrition, rest and recovery, etc.). If you’re looking to take things up a notch this program is for you.
