2:00 Max Push-ups.

If you have 1 or more strict push-ups, then don’t scale. Make yourself get a couple in and take the RX. If you don’t yet have a push-up that’s OK…scaling option for this is the band in rack set-up. BUT, set it up so you just get enough help out of the bottom to complete a rep.

This is about getting stronger, not about the number on the board! Fight to make these great push-ups!!
