If you want to earn your team another point this week all you need to do is this:

Get 8 or more hours of sleep one night this week.

Yep, that’s it. Easier said than done for many of us. To get your point, you have to be in bed, lights out, not screens, no books, no nothing, and get at least 8 hours of quality sleep. Sleep is important. Get yourself 8 hours and see how you feel the next day.

To get the point, you have to post under today’s Comments section by Sunday November 22nd. Post you name, and how many hours/minutes you accumulated. This is the honor system, we trust you!

  1. It’s so rare I can’t even remember the last time…but just for the challenge I made sure I got 8…actually ended up with 10 hours of sleep last night!! Felt amazing!!!

  2. I got 8 hours of sleep last night for the first time in over 3 weeks!!! And I’m commenting for Brad (old Brad) because he doesn’t do technology well….Brad got 10 hrs of sleep Monday night!

  3. Well let’s see. Went to bed at 11:30 and woke up at 8:35. So a whopping 9 hours and 5 minutes and it sure felt good. This was Wednesday night.

  4. This ones rare for me and there’s not much I can do about it with a 2 yo who doesn’t sleep they the night. But I got 8.5 hrs last night! I think I actually had dreams!!!

  5. On Tue I got a little over 8 hours of sleep- usually I shoot for 7 so that was rare for me…when I shoot for 7 it ends up less so this challenge was great!
