Are You Ready to Drink?

Hey, we know you have friends who ask you what you do at that CrossFit gym place, or want to know why you look so good in your going out clothes, or why you’re so awesome. Well now’s your chance to show them!

Friday at 7pm is WOD and Wine, where you can bring a friend to throw down, then start the weekend with a glass of wine (or beer for you really classy fellas). The WOD will be different than the daily WOD, so you can get a double workout in to earn your booze. Did we mention that Lululemon will be there with all of their gear for sale? Did we mention we’d have a couple of prize drawings? Yep it’s going to be pretty fantastic!!
