Max Strict Pull-ups

We know that not everyone has strict pull-ups. If you don’t, choose one of the alternate options we use during WODs when strict pull-ups are prescribed. You won’t get any closer to nailing that first strict pull-up if you skip out on this stuff. Get a little closer this week!
