The Weekly Challenge
The weekly challenge is just that, a movement or skill that you can spend some time working on. Use these as a gauge in identifying your strengths and weaknesses. Do them when you are tired or fresh, do them as many times in the week until you get a better “score”. The real point is to help expose chinks in your CF game. We will have a section of the board that will simply list the Challenge and have room for you to add your name and score. Try it out let us know what you think.
