Run 800m w/Med Ball

100 Wall Balls, 20#/14#

100 Push-ups

100 Overhead Standing Lunge, 55#/35#

Run 400m w/Med Ball

50 Wall Balls, 20#/14#

50 Push-ups

50 Overhead Standing Lunge, 20#/14#

Run 200m w/Med Ball

Break up reps and pass med ball to your partner during the run as needed.
