A huge congratulations to KV, Stine, and Bailey on taking FIRST PLACE at the Girls Gone RX Competition on Saturday! This is a huge accomplishment for the ladies and they worked really hard to make it happen. A bunch of us went down the cheer them on and this comp was no joke. There were 130 teams of 3 in this thing with 4 challenging WODs. The girls were simply amazing. Over the course of the 4 workouts they had a 9th place finish, a 4th place finish, and 2 first place finishes. But equally as impressive as these finishes were, what was equally impressive was how they performed. They looked amazing the entire time. Their range of motion was unquestionable and the technique demonstrated was picture-perfect, even when they were tired and hurting. That says a lot about them, and in turn, speaks volumes about our gym and how we do things. We all couldn’t be prouder!

Anyone who’s been at the sport of CrossFit for a while will tell you that finishing on the podium is unbelievably difficult as the competitions continue to grow and the athletes consistently get better and better. To finish first overall is a big friggin deal!

Congratulations ladies, you were amazing and your accomplishment was hard earned!!!
