In teams of 4 complete and with a 20:00 clock:
300 Double-unders
As many rounds as possible in remaining time of:
100m Farmer’s Carry, 70#/55#
15 Power Snatch, 95#/65#
20 Bar-Over Burpees
25 Back Squats, 95#/65#
30 Box Jump Overs, 24″/20″
At 3-2-1…Go the clock will start on it’s way to 20 minutes. The buy-in is 300 DUs for the team. Once complete, the team will work the AMRAP for the remaining time. The pacer is the 100m farmer’s carry using KBs. Each team member will rotate through the carry and there will always be someone walking with the KBs in hand. Team members may alternate as needed during the AMRAP.
