Christian on the bar!
I’m almost positive that this WOD was shared by Chris Spealler some time ago. I wrote it down to save for the next round of programming and dug it out but unfortunately didn’t write down the reference for it, which is a shame. So whoever wrote this WOD then shared it, well done! There is a lot going on in today’s WOD. The majority of you will scale movements, load, or both. And that’s OK. We will provide ample options to make this workout right for you.
For this workout, as with any workout, it is important to be honest with yourself, your experience level, your abilities, and doing the right thing for yourself. We hammer this with you guys because it’s important. Often times we can all get distracted by the whiteboard and chasing that RX rather than focusing on the movements and virtuosity of technique. Today, as with every day, your focus should be on making your technique spot on. If it’s not, lower the load, or scale the movement. Work towards greatness. If you do that now, that RX and impressive whiteboard time will surely follow.
