In Teams of 2 complete:
As many rounds as possible in 20:00 of:
7 Synchronized Burpees
4 Bear Complex (power clean + front squat + push press + back squat + BTN Push Press)
17 Pull-ups
76 Wall Balls, 20#/14#
For the burpees, both teammates mirror each other. One person goes at a time for the bear complex, switch as needed, but you can’t switch in the middle of the complex. Partners rotate as needed on the pull-ups and wall balls, one person works at a time and reps are cumulative.
