Senior Chief Petty Officer Thomas J. Valentine, 37, of Ham Lake, Minnesota, died in a training accident in Arizona, on Feb. 13.
Today we get to tackle the second Hero WOD of the 2015 Regionals, Tommy V. With Murph on Monday, Randy yesterday, and Tommy V today, many of you will have posted scores for 3 hero WODs this week. That’s pretty awesome! As with all of our workouts, there are plenty of scaling options so don’t let this one scare you off. Come in and get after it. Remember the point of these hero WODs. It’s to remember and to honor. Regardless of where you’re at in your CrossFit career, you can still come in and accomplish that.
For those competing in Regionals the time cap for Tommy V was 16 minutes. Today our cap will be 30 minutes. Don’t you feel lucky to have that much time?! Yeah, us too.
