How’s the mainsite WODs been treating you? Good we hope! Definitely a different flavor than the programming we usually throw your way, we hope you like it. Today is going to be challenging. A mile run to start it off, followed by a lot of heavy overhead squats. Once you get through that, it’s easy sailing. Unless you hate double-unders. Then it’s easy sailing after those. Today there will be a cap of 40:00. Totally doable, but if you know that 135/95 is heavy for you and you’re going to be doing only a few reps at a pop, you need to drop the load. We want you all to finish the WOD today, so if in order to do that you need to scale, then do it. The coaches are there to help you figure it out, so get with us if you have questions.
