Awesome, right?! There’s a lot of truth in those 2 sentences and it’s relevant whether you’re mountain biking or talking about life’s bigger deals. One of the things we know all too well is that when things are impacting us in a specific area of our life, it can spread to all the other areas. We’re going to encounter resistance at times, and that’s to be expected. How we handle it is entirely up to us. So this week, if something gets in your way and slows you down, don’t feed into it. See if easing up gets you through it quicker, it might just work! Thanks for the great quote T!
