Ring Dips
Today you’ll focus some work on the ring dip. This can be a tough movement for a lot of people. It’s easy to get stuck in bands. No bands today! We’ll work on some progressions to strengthen the dip. If you have ring dips you can spend some time dialing in the kip out of the bottom. If you have that down, try some weighted reps.
