In team of 2 complete the following:

200m relay

15 Synchronized Burpees

30 Front Squat, 95#/65#

15 Synchronized Burpees

30 Power Clean and Jerk, 95#/65#

15 Synchronized Burpees

30 Deadlift, 95#/65#

15 Synchronized Burpees

30 Back Squats, 95#/65#

15 Synchronized Burpees

200m relay

The relay is running since it’s nice out! Partner 1 will run 200m, then after a high-five Partner 2 will run. For synchronized burpees, both team members will do them together. They must hit the floor together and do the jump/clap together. For the barbell movements, it’s 30 total reps and you can switch whenever and as often you like!
