Tomorrow’s the day….the Second Annual In-House Comp!!! Lots of folks have signed up, and it’s not too late for you to. Just add your name to the board sometime today. The WODs were posted here on Tuesday, so know what division to sign up under. Also, just like everything we do, anything is scalable down from what’s listed in the Open division. So really, you have no reason not to!
Some questions we’ve fielded:
I want to WOD but don’t want to do the comp. What about me? Show up as you would for a Saturday WOD. Those who aren’t competing will do WOD#1 as a regular WOD…coached, no judge, in a group. Once that group is done we’ll start the comp.
I don’t want to compete but I want to be a part of it. What about me? Awesome! We could use some help judging. Don’t worry, we’ll explain it all to you.
I am competing. What else will I need to do? You’ll also help judge other heats. That part will be fun too!
When will it be done? We’ll shoot for 1pm but it depends on numbers of folks who participate.
My kids will be there. Will they be bored? Maybe. But we’ll also have a small kids event during one of the breaks. Bribe them with that.
