Death By Push-ups….and Balls!

For the first minute complete 3 Push-ups + 1 Wall ball, 20#/14#

2nd minute is 3 Push-ups + 2 Wall balls, 20#/14#

3rd minute is 3 Push-ups + 3 Wall balls

Continue increasing the wall balls by 1 each minute until you are no longer able to finish the work in that minute. At that point, cheer on your friends who are still going!
