Row for total Cals

Team members must switch every 10 cals.

Rest 5:00

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20:00 of:

100 Standing Lunges

80 Wall balls

60 Knees-to-elbows

40 Kettlebell swings, 55#/35#

20 Parallette Push-ups

10 Box-over Burpees

Only 1 person works at a time, switch as needed!
