In Teams of 2 (preferably 1 male, 1 lady) complete the following for time:

25 Pull-ups

50 Wall balls, 20#/14#

75 Double-unders

100 Burpees to plate

75 Double-unders

50 Wall balls, 20#/14#

24 Pull-ups

200′ Overhead Lunge, 45#/25#

The way it will work is P1 does all 25 pull-ups, P2 does all 50 wall balls, P1 does all 75 DUs, P2 does the first 50 burpees, P1 does the 2nd 50 buprees, P2 does all 75 DUs, P1 does all 50 wall balls, P2 does all 25 pull-ups, P1 does the first 100′ lunge, P2 does the last 100′ lunge.
