In Teams of 4 complete the following for time:
50 Burpees
250 Box Jumps, 20″
250 Ball Slams, 40#/30#
250 Wall Balls, 20#/14#
250 Kettlebell Swings, 55#/35#
250 Sit-ups
50 Burpees
Partition the reps as needed, only one person works at a time. Team must complete all reps before moving to the next movement!
